Founders and brothers Omar and Rafael Rivero were inspired by the Occupy Wall Street movement of 2010. 

They understood that the only method to defeat the GOP and create a better America for all is to take the fight to the GOP head-on. 

Later, they founded Occupy Democrats, which has grown into the largest Democratic organizing group on the Internet, with over 10 million members on Facebook alone. 

And after Donald Trump’s ascent to power in 2016, they launched the Occupy Democrats Election Fund to harness the power of their movement to help elect Democrats at all levels of government. 

The Occupy Democrats Election Fund uses a wide range of digital tools – such as micro-targeted ads to key voting blocs in swing states to video ads that highlight the harmful nature of the GOP’s policies – to mobilize Democrats and win elections.
